Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on orders over $200.

Currently all orders are being shipped out on Thursdays.

All prices are in US dollars.

Delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at check out.

Once an order has been placed we will not be able to edit the order including any shipping addresses or method of shipping. Buyer must review order prior to confirming the purchase.

 

We are not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps.

Order signature services from the purchaser upon receipt can be requested prior to purchase.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and Lady Hike does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues.

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) or the designated carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where the tracking information states “the package has been delivered” to your order address.

If an order is deemed undeliverable by the shipping company and is returned back to our warehouse we will automatically refund the customer the order total less restock fee and shipping charges.

Exchanges and Returns

It is imperative that you measure yourself properly before you purchase your Lady Hike product. 

Products (excluding Petals Panties and Easy Peezies) can be returned for a refund or “exchange”, however, you will be charged a $5.00 restock fee per item and be responsible for the cost of shipping your return/exchange items back.

If you have sizing questions, please contact us for assistance before you order. We can be contacted at info@ladyhike.com, please allow 48 hours for a response!

Return and “Exchange” items MUST meet all product condition requirements below.

Petals Panties cannot be exchanged or returned (hygiene purposes)

RETURNS:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  SEE REQUIREMENTS BELOW.

REFUNDS: (IF APPLICABLE, SEE REQUIREMENTS BELOW)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.

Restocking fee: There is a $5 restocking fee (inspecting, repackaging, restocking) for returned items.

SALE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  All sales are final on Lady Hike Specials or anything discounted. (Sale items/Discounts/Individual Show specials/Sales).  This includes items bought with discount codes (Ambassador codes).

Gifts:  All “gifts” will be refunded to original purchaser.

EXCHANGES: (UPDATED MAY 2022)

We only “exchange” items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (different size or different item) please make a new order for desired item. Then ship “exchange” item to us at:

We will process your “exchange” item as a return (see above) and your desired item will arrive quickly to replace “exchange” item.  This helps our team get you the correct “new” item quickly and thoroughly process your returned item.  You will be charged our restocking fee (see above).

DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEM SENT:

IF your product was defective or wrong item was sent, (bummer, and we are sorry!). Not to worry, we will send you a return label. Email us at info@ladyhike.com

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN IN 3 EASY STEPS:

YOU MUST INCLUDE PACKING SLIP with the returned product. Otherwise, our team won’t know who sent it AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping and our restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*Our Petals Panties and Easy Peezies are undergarments, and therefore for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products.

PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENTS:

Exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspection by our warehouse personnel. If product condition does not meet the requirements below, the exchange will not be permitted. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure these requirements:

·      Your name must be with your return (original packing slip or written note is fine) Please keep my note to you with code for your future purchases! 😊        

·      Unworn

·      Unstained

·      Unwashed

·      All original tags (if applicable, we are currently going tag less!)

·      No smells other than natural product odors

·      No animal or pet hair

·      Within 30 days of the date you received your initial purchase
